Do I need to be flexible?

You do not need to be flexible to practice yoga. 

Yoga helps us to build our strength and flexibly overtime but is not a requirement before you step on to your mat. 

I am a beginner, will the class be suitable for me?


We all begin as beginners. 

The classes I run are suitable for all ability levels. 

I can provide alternative postures for differing levels of experience and if you ever need to take a break during a class, child's pose can be taken 

What do i need to bring?

Please bring your own mat if you can, other than that and a bottle of water. just bring yourself and an open mind.

What should I wear?

Wear comfortable clothes, I recommend leggings, sports bra and top for females and shorts and t-shirt for men.

What can i expect from the class?

A typical class will run for 45 minutes to 1 hour. 


The class will begin with a gentle warm up and a few rounds of sun salutations. This will be followed by, standing, balancing and hip opening poses, inversions and seated poses. The class will end with a cool down and a short relaxation period in the longer sessions.
